2 organic chicken breasts, diced small
1 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 lime, squeezed
2 tbsp coconut aminos
1 tbsp chili sauce
1 tbsp curry powder
Garlic powder, to taste
Red & green cabbage, chopped
Fresh cilantro
Fresh lime wedges
Organic all-natural corn tortillas
Sauté chicken in sesame oil on medium heat for about 2-3 mins. Then add in lime, coconut aminos, chili, curry & garlic & continue to cook until done. Serve chicken in corn tortillas topped with cabbage, cilantro, lime wedges & lots of spicy peanut sauce! For the spicy peanut sauce:
2 tbsp organic peanut butter
1 tbsp sesame oil
2-3 tbsp chili sauce
1/4 cup coconut milk (almond milk works well also!)
1 full lime, squeezed
1 tbsp honey
Garlic & ginger powder, to taste
